Terr Family & Friends!

Hard-Rockin' Louisiana Cajun Dancehall Music!

Charlie Terr is a first-rate, highly respected accordion player who began playing in the early 1970s. He was one of the first outside of the Cajun culture to learn the music and has played with many of the masters, including the Balfa Brothers, Nathan Abshire, Marc Savoy, D.L. Menard, Bois Sec Ardoin and countless others. In keeping with the Cajun tradition of family and music, he brought his sister Betsy Terr Fuller into the fold. Betsy currently plays guitar and sings with Northeast favorites C’est Bon. Joining the family are fiddlers/vocalists Jane DeLisa from C’est Bon and Missy Roser of Jesse Lege & Bayou Brew, along with Danny Birnbaum of the Empty Bottle Ramblers on bass. Holding it down on the drums is Lee Blackwell, who also played with Dewey Balfa and cut two award-winning records with The Tracy Schwarz (of the legendary New Lost City Ramblers) Cajun Trio. The connection gets deeper, as Lee and Charlie toured together with Tracy way back in the day.

Grab your dancing shoes and get ready for a real treat, as the Terr Family & Friends amp it up for a night of high energy, foot stomping fun!
