Over the last 30 years, local singer-songwriter/chef Dan Eaton has balanced culinary and musical worlds by working in upscale restaurants in Rochester and the Finger Lakes while also singing, performing, and recording original Americana songs…with three full albums and one EP under his blet so far. Now retired from the professional kitchen, Eaton is refocusing on performing solo acoustic shows featuring some of his favorite original songs.
