Unfortunately, our beloved Midge will not be able to join us tonight, as we celebrate artist Shawnee Hill’s mural, inspired by Ms. Thomas. We know that Midge would appreciate your thoughts and prayers right now as she fights on...We love you, Midge.

You’ll have the opportunity to meet the true inspiration of this mural, the legendary Mrs. Midge Thomas, as well as an opportunity to meet the mural’s super talented creator and artist, Shawnee Hill.

Also, two wonderful, hard-working, and innovative organizations, RocGrowth and Downtown ROCs, will be here. They were the guiding forces behind the project, and we are thrilled that they’ll be at Abilene on the 7th of January.
