The Brass Machine provides audiences with a bold, high-energy “brass gumbo,” that blends funk, jazz, R&B, and brass band into a unique sound steeped in the traditions of New Orleans and seasoned with some Rust Belt soul. Led by front man “Kidd” Kyle Yagielski, the band features a rotating collective of talented musicians sporting a wide variety of horns, guitars, keys, drums, and more; so you can be certain that no two performances are ever quite the same!

The Brass Machine has shared stages with an impressive mix of national acts, including Earth, Wind & Fire, Trey Anastasio Band, The Flaming Lips, The Soul Rebels, Rebirth Brass Band, Starship, Goose, Andy Frasco, and John “Papa” Gros. Festival appearances include multiple performances at Borderland Festival and Railrider Festival, along with sets at Rochester Int. Jazz Festival, Gore Mountain Music Festival, Night Lights, West Almond Stomp, The Family Hoedown, Lewiston Jazz Fest, Folkfaces Fest, and more. The band also keeps a busy touring schedule, performing throughout the North East United States and Southern Ontario.
