Willie Nelson is an American treasure! During his lengthy, award-winning career, he has written some of the most popular and memorable country songs of all time, including "Crazy," "Funny How Time Slips Away," and "On the Road Again." Willie doesn't just write great songs, he is a uniquely talented vocalist who can make any song his own! Hank Williams recorded "Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain." Elvis Presley recorded "Always On My Mind." Who comes to mind when we think of these songs? Willie Nelson.

He rose to prominence as a songwriter at the end of the 1960s, but Willie didn't quite fit in with countrypolitan and the Nashville Sound. As the legend goes, he returned to Texas in 1970 and started his own scene. By 1975, with the release of Red-Headed Stranger, Nelson had his real first taste of stardom. Not only did the album reach No. 1 on the country charts, but it also crossed over to the pop Top 40. It defined Willie as a leader of the outlaw country movement.

Now in his 90s, Nelson continues to record, tour and devote time to charitable and political causes.

Greg Klyma is a Willie Nelson devotee. The first concert Greg ever attended at age 13 was Willie Nelson and Family at the Memorial Auditorium in Buffalo, NY. A prolific songwriter and seasoned road performer known for his energetic live performances and clever storytelling lyrics that deliver entertaining rides through hilarity, reflection, passion and loss. After nearly 30 years of touring and with more than a dozen studio albums under his belt, Klyma isn’t slowing down. His most recent releases show a songwriter who has matured and whose craft continues to evolve. Klyma change is real.
